Research a marine mammal species These are organisms with interesting life histories. They have many adaptations that allow them to live in a world that is so different than ours. They endure low oxygen and a high pressure environment, that exerts pressure on their body all the time. They deal with the resistance of the water, changes in temperature throughout the year, migration to find food; diving to depths; and must complete many tasks without the use of any hands. No copy and paste, you must put it all into your own words and cite the URL after each paragraph. Example…The ringed seal lives on the bottom and has a downturned mouth (www. ringseal4you.com) Support with pictures that show the activity or topic. You will make a keynote presentation about a species of marine mammal that explains the following information: • The name of the marine mammal species • The order it is in • Average size and maximum size • Color/markings • Habitat-mud, rocks, surface and Water conditions, temperature range, tolerance to pollution, seasonal migrations, map of range of where it can live • Life cycle • Reproductive information-timing, spawning, courtship behavior, external or internal fertilization, number of young (fundicity) • What it eats, and a discussion of its place on the trophic pyramid. • How it eats-describe the adaptations it has to eat with If and what predators it may have • at least Special adaptations and how it helps them to live

Start your fish presentation.

Fish presentation start by selecting a freshwater fish, place it on the board awith your name next to it. first come first served, no repeats allowed. Examples could be : largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, channel catfish, blue catfish, chain pickeral, northern pike, yellow perch, bluegill, walleye, northern snakehead, black crappie. or another freshwater fish of your choice. follow the instructions on the blog for producing a fish presentation. Really try to give a lot of information aboout the adaptations. There should be at least three.
